In some cases, users are experiencing difficulty when their in-app subscription auto-renews and the subscription is not appearing as valid within the app. This means that while users have paid the renewal fee, they are not able to import new maps, and the Account Details section within the app is not showing the updated expiry date.
We are looking into this, but in the meantime, there is a workaround to retrieve the subscription and update the account details.
1. Open Avenza Maps and go to Settings
2. Tap on Restore Previous Purchases. This will call to the iTunes server and pull the updated subscription information. Please ensure you are logged into iTunes with the same Apple ID used to purchase the subscription renewal
