Map Store vendors are encouraged to keep their maps current on the Map Store. Sometimes, this can result in maps becoming out of date within days of being purchased. If this happened to you, there are two options available:
- Download the map again from your Map Store account. If the vendor has updated their listing with the new map, you will be able to download the updated version at no additional charge. Refer to this article to see how to access your purchased maps.
- Request a replacement of the old map. If you purchased a map that has been removed by the vendor and replaced with an updated version within 60 days of the original purchase date, we will grant you access to the new map at no additional charge. To request a replacement, please contact Avenza Support using the contact form to the right with your Map Store account email. If we are unable to locate the purchase record in our system, you may be required to send the purchase receipt and additional details.
